I just wana finish because of money.
I followed a link to purchase a gift and paid for delivery, however when I didn’t received a confirmation email after payment, I asked support, who said that the order wasn’t what I purchased, it was a gift card and I had signed up to a subscription. I gave them the order number but they said it wasn’t anything to do with their store. I asked to cancel my subscription, which they did, however still have not received a cancellation email.
I had to then ask another colleague the next day to make sure the cancellation had been actioned so I wasn’t charged any more. I now won’t receive a refund, even though the link was from their store, lost money and don’t know if my account has been cancelled.

In addition to the above aforementioned issues, I have not received a full refund or ANY compensation, but have been harassed and sent numerous emails asking me to remove this review. The latest email saying
‘ However, the system is currently flagging a discrepancy due to the existing public review, which appears to be delaying the final release of the refund.’ Which is absolutely ridiculous and illegal. A company cannot refuse a refund based on a negative review of their company/product. So, I am lowering my stars down to 1 and if I could lower it to 0 or minus, I would. Disgusting and ridiculous behaviour!!

Update as of april 26,2025 ayla from quality assurance team processed the refund and assured me it will be credited 5 to 7 business days. I hope its legit. Best regards.
