Very nasty company. I had my holiday canceled in April 2024. We have now June 2025 and I still did not get my 1200£ !!! The agent named Ryan is very rude and nasty man when you ask for your money and get angry when the due time for refund was over also he said he won’t give money back for my rudeness, where it was MY MONEY NOT HIS !!!! He blocked me on Whatapp, nobody answers on emails, phone doesn’t work at all !!! Scammers!!! Avoid !!! There’s many more people who were robbed by those thieves!!!! All this was reported to CAA also the Global Travel Group and ATOL Enforcment. Definitely won’t let those ugly people to keep MY money !!!!
Still awaiting refund for their cancellation not answering email now
I booked to go to Krakow in September last year 2 days prior to the holiday I received this email. I still am waiting for the refund.
We apologize for the delay in getting back to you. Unfortunately, we’ve received a notification from the supplier that your flight has been cancelled, and as a result, we are unable to proceed with your holiday as planned. We understand this news is disappointing, especially with such short notice, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this may have caused.
Please know that we did make every effort to find alternative arrangements for your holiday booking but, unfortunately, we were unsuccessful.
However a full refund of £1,800.00 will be issued to you within the refund timeframe outlined in the terms and conditions of your booking.
To proceed with your refund, kindly provide a bank account under your name so that we can transfer the funds once we receive the money back from the supplier.
We appreciate your understanding and patience during this process.
Booked a holiday and told the Friday…
Booked a holiday and told the Friday before holiday was cancelled due to technical issues, the flights I was told was booked actually flew out of the airport on the day due to, however myself and others was not aboard these. This was booked for September 2024, and I am still waiting for a refund today.
I have contacted again and advised will seek court action if not refunded with 14 days.

Scammers. Was told I would receive my e-ticket 7 days before departure for krakow. Didn’t receive it so tried to contact them through email WhatsApp messenger and the phone number provided but no response or reply even though the messages were seen. 4 days before I was due to fly they finally replied on messenger to say my holidays not going ahead as the supplier they booked through has gone bust. I will have to apply for charge back through my bank. Terrible service and it seems there’s plenty of similar reviews like this online when searching for them. Should have done my homework before booking would advise to avoid this company at all costs
BEWARE STAY AWAY FRAUDSTERS
Hi booked holiday with this company in march 2024 for November 2024 I was unsure at 1st but reviews were OK at time and they checked out they messaged every month about payments and send card payment link to pay installment after several payments they said card machine was broke and needed to do bank transfer to companies bank account again the bank account verified as a business in that name the last few payments had to be made same way. If we didn't make payment they could not pay the suppliers and our holiday would be canceled Last week we recieved our travel documents and the disneyland park tickets when entered into the disney app were invalid so I got in touch with holiday wizz and said they would contact thier suppliers in the mean time I contacted disneyland paris who checked out the documents and we had no reservation at santa fe hotel booked the park tickets were not valid so I looked at the transfer from the airport to disneyland and the flight number on there was FR 215 out and FR216 back which are Ryanair flights from Manchester to Vienna not Manchester to charles de gaud our flights was with air france so I then contacted the airline who confirmed no flights had been booked or reserved this company promises you everything but does not deliver they have replied there suppliers made a mistake and the holiday will not go ahead in 2 days time and they will refund the money but will be in 12 weeks time ???? Due to thier suppliers the think is I have contacted hotelbeds and other suppliers on the documents who have not provided these to holiday wizz so are fake travel documents been sent ... I dealt with ryan and look at reviews on trust pilot they beg you to leave a review for thier service soon as you booked but I didn't I've waited and this as happened like a few people had put but when you left a good review from booking that's it they got good feedback please wait to leave untill you have travelled I assume the good reviews are fake as quite a few now having dame problem with this company I've have reported these to the police crime number 1116/091124 and also to action fraud as these need to be stopped from the crimes they are committing stealing people's hard earned cash an no holiday at the end the bank is looking into it as fraud too. If you also look at Facebook the photos and names enjoying holidays leaving 5 star reviews if you check companies house ect are the staff working there . Also the company was dissolved in October 2024 on companies house as struck off
Great company to book with
I was sceptical of this company at first but they did exactly as I wished ~ great communication and all paperwork was accurate.
I loved my mini break to Krakow and that was all down to Holiday Wizz

We got to know this company from Facebook ads, we have booked this year May to Turkey. Right from day one they responded very quickly, they have made all arrangements according to our budget. As of now we are very happy with the team. Looking forward for the trip.

They use another travel agents atol cover.
Booked a trip for my 50th birthday for 8 people back in December .
Told in jan to claim my money back off the card company and lost my holiday. Got nasty when I asked for the atol cover. It’s took 7 weeks and 30 phone calls to the back and wizz to get my £2900 back. Offers 24/7 customer services and atol cover don’t trust what it says on the website. It’s all rubbish

Best tour
They did what they said that they would do. The booking, the accommodation, the tour ,the transfers all for a very good price. I had always wanted to visit Auschwitz. The tour was very emotional and I could relate to what I have read about it.
