Easy to purchase

This company needs to clarify the auto ship arrangement. I was not able to begin taking this immediately because I was on other medication. Before I knew it, I had been sent an additional two packs which I had not ordered. I did not even know if I liked the profuct. I think this is very unfair. I think they take advantage of people and I will never ever order anything from them again!
When I went online to cancel my subscription that I had not begun in the first place, they offered three or four discounts in an attempt to keep my business. No way!

Informative, price is right for limited funds.

Holior refunded my 1st order & still sent me a 2nd order & chg'd me for it. I uncheck any auto-renewal boxes & I NEVER pay extra for faster delivery. They chg'd me. I cannot take due to previous seizures (it says not to take if you have in the past). It still showed pending for 4-5 days. Their website says they don't refund 2nd orders (which they billed early for) & was within the 1st 30 days

Explanation of how products work. Everything is natural, no pharmaceutical chemicals.

Wormwood rules!

This is my first time ordering, so I really don’t have anything to report at this time. The ordering process was easy though.

Good, easy to use

Ordered the Wormwood item and received it no problems. Then I received another order without my knowledge. Plus they have sent and charged me twice for Iron and Vitamin C pills that I never ordered. They claim I did. Have not been able to sign into my supposable account. After several emails(seems to be the only way to contact them) they have canceled my supposed account and will not refund any of the money for the vitamins that I did not order. Scam company for sure. If you go to the website they don't even show these vitamins!!!

They don't communicate properly and send products you didn't even order. They are non responsive when you use their contact us form as their emails are "do not reply" plus they have NO phone number ...which I didn't notice as a friend recommended the products to me. He sent an email from a mortician that pulled me in and I doubt that was even a real story now. Never answered ANY of my questions. Don't believe they value customers and they SNEAK in a subscription without letting you CHOOSE. Can't say anything about the product as I had just gotten it and this kind of company is not one I would work with

U have a great price

I ordered this product just to try it out. They have since sent and charged me for TWO more packs. When ordering they do not indicate it is a subscription. I don’t like doing business with a company like this and, they do not provide a phone number for customer service.
