Received my bag
I would have given 5 stars but I was lead to believe that these bags were being made in the US. I was disappointed to learn that they actually come from China. I have received the first bag I ordered and am waiting on the second one. The bag itself seems well made. I should have ordered the smaller one but that is my bad.

I didn't believe the quality of the leather up to what I was led to believe. for what I received I felt it was way over priced. I would not recommend anyone to pay this price and wait this long to receive similar items. they look like vinyl - not what I was expecting.

I absolutely love my Bible bag. It was actually a higher quality bag than I had anticipated; I have experienced let down on other products that I have ordered online because they just didn't look like the product that I ordered. This time I was pleasantly surprised.
The only disappointment that I have is the wallet; I thought that it would have the same Bible verse that I chose for the bag. The design is the same, but not the verse. Don't get me wrong, it is of the same high quality of the bag. So if this is the only thing that I have to complain about then your company has done a great job with high quality products.

My new bag is so beautiful!
I love my new Bag! It's perfect. The verse inscribed on it looks beautiful and it's a high quality bag. The wallet that came with it is very nice as well. It just doesn't have a place with a little window to put my driver's license, like most wallets do, but I'll live.
The customer service that the people at Holistic bags gave was great. They emailed me a number of times with progress on the bags and when it would ship etc. Which was nice.

You asked "anything you can do"
I don't know how to respond to this. If you look at all the numerous emails it's unbelievable that this has not been resolved yet. It's been 4 months going back and forth about these bags with no end insight. The bags should have came the way they were showed period. So as far as I'm concern this has been a NIGHTMARE. I don't have a problem paying for the name changed on one of the bags, but to having to pay for zippers and straps that should have been on the bags already NO.
I can't believe that I've been so patient everybody who knows me wouldn't believe it either.
I'm tried now I can't take anymore yes I wanted the bags. Your company has been the only one who has asked for me to pay for shipping and correction on a product that came incorrectly. Your order form should not have the option of no hardware on it. Why is that?
I wanted the bags has seen, and to make me feel it's all my fault isn't right.
I asked for a refund and was denied because they said it came the way I ordered them. This isn't fair to me because the forms were confusing again why is that on the form.
In good faith the bags should have been remake correctly at no charge, and have been here already.
You send beautiful encouragement emails as a Christian Company but are you?
If you feel the need to keep the money God bless you spend it wisely because it's the last I'll ever order from HolisticBags.

A beautiful leather bag!
My bag actually arrived sooner than I expected which I am very pleased with. It's just the right size for me. I also like that the shoulder strap is detachable. It appears very well made. I love to share my faith and this is one more way to do that. Whether I am at the doctors office, shopping or just visiting my faith is proclaimed for anyone to see and read. Maybe the Lord will cause a person to search for Him. That is my prayer.
