I have only received part of my order of Two leather bags ( with both name Gloria! Still waiting for the bag with the name “Judy” and the matching wallets. It has taken way too long to receive the two l got, especially since l wanted them for Christmas and didn’t get them until January and they also came weeks apart. If l don’t hear from you soon l am going to request a return and a full refund since l don’t think they are worth the price for the poor quality.

Late but great
So, the pros and cons. The handbags are beautiful and customized. The shipping is awful. Took 2+ months to arrive. If you have the time to wait they make amazing gifts. Mine were for Christmas so I ordered a month in advance but it took a lot longer. Company did track for me and kept me updated. They just need a new shipping company. The bags are worth the wait. Just order way early.

Smelly bags
I ordered 2 bags in November 2024, but did not receive them until January 2025. I had no idea these bags would take this long to be made and delivered. Please communicate shipping expectations with your customers.
I received these bags in cheap plastic wrap, with minor damage on one of them. The shipping product should be more sturdy, especially when it's coming overseas.
The smell on the inside of these bags is absolutely terrible!! So bad and strong that I have not been able to use them. I have been letting them sit outside in my garage for a week in hopes the smell disappears.
The bags are very unique and nicely
done, so hopefully I will be able to get the smell to disappear and eventually be able to use them.

The bags that I ordered are beautiful! Customer service is amazing! The shipping does take a while. I was a bit disappointed that it was made in China. I thought I was buying a US made product. But the fantastic customer service and beautiful bags made exactly as requested were a welcome blessing! I gave several bags as gifts! My family and friends were overjoyed!
