Excellent day at Northwood.

Excellent day at Northwood.

Spent the morning with Georgie at the Northwood shooting grounds.
From the welcome at reception to meeting up with Georgie to leaving later in the afternoon. Everything was impeccable.
All I can say is Georgie was extremely patient and very helpful. Great insight and instructions even if I missed a lot of clays. My poor aim is to blame for this.
She was passionate about shooting and can see it in her enthusiasm and energy for the sport.
Had some basic rounds of shooting to start off with and spiced it up with some 2 on 2 later on in the day.
All I can say is thank you to everyone at Holland and Holland for an amazing experience and day. Really enjoyed myself

Continuing poor service!!!

Please read this in connection with 2 previous posts.

So, you've guessed it, despite the message from CS, Holland and Barret have not resolved the issue....

Have been called "John" and been asked what the problem is again but no resolution.

Sent an email this morning, stating how poor the customer service is, but no response!!!

All I want is the 2 items I bought in a 3 for 2 offer!!!
