absolute trash, no good priced items, everyone seems to be in a bad mood, being rude to customers and to me. i don't recommend it ever, please spare yourself from the embarrassment of taking your family there and the rudeness. also there were rats loose so warning, stay away !!

Sorry to say, I am very disappointed with Holland Bazar's service. This is the second time they failed to deliver the items I ordered.Without any confirmation, they replaced missing items with alternatives of their own choice. Why is this happening?

Their usual response is, "We'll refund your money," but this is not about the money—it's about the time and trust.

We waited for 2 days, expecting to receive exactly what we ordered. Instead, they delivered an incomplete order again.

I had a very bad experience with my order as it arrived very late, with completely different items (brands) and even with expiry items.

The only good thing is the communication went well and they compensated me for the expiry items.

Overall they really need to improve their basic service and just deliver people what they have ordered.

Not sure what kind of unprofessional company this is, but I do not appreciate having my number on thier system and calling me when I have no affiliation with this company. I tried to call them and ask why but the lady that answer was dam right rude and when she puts me through to customer server it hangs up and when I call back I just keep getting hung up on. Dam right disrespectful and unprofessional. All I want is answers to why I have been called she said it may have been a mistake but I'm sorry if your company is making a mistake and calling wrong numbers when they are on your system and can't really mistakenly call a random number. It's not exceptable and I will be writing a complaint to the Head office. My number is now in your companies system without my permission this is a data issue and I want it resolved.
