I would never do business with this company again.

Terrible returns policy. I purchased a $149 hat from this company and found it didn't look good on me. Per the instructions, I sent the hat back to them with the tags still on and in their original box. I paid for return shipping at the post office and I paid them an additional $6.95 by check as a return fee for the initial shipping. I included this check inside the box. The company refunded me $117.70 of my $149 purchase price and this is after I compensated them for shipping costs. The refund is absolutely outrageous. I would never do business with this company again.
