Terrible Experience - Unreliable and Unprofessional!
I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by this establishment. It is imperative that someone takes action to ensure this place is shut down because their behavior is absolutely outrageous. I have never encountered such a joke of a business in my life.
I arrived promptly at 11:30, the designated opening time, only to find the door firmly shut. To make matters worse, I have been standing outside for a grueling 30 minutes, along with a queue of frustrated customers, waiting for a business that seems incapable of adhering to their own schedule. This level of unreliability and lack of professionalism is simply unacceptable.
I implore anyone reading this review to avoid this place at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and inconvenience by selecting an alternative location to pick up your package. It is clear that this establishment does not deserve your business.
In my opinion, this place should be forced to close down immediately. Their blatant disregard for their customers and failure to fulfill their basic responsibilities demonstrate their utter incompetence. Do yourself a favor and seek services elsewhere, where professionalism and respect for customers are given the attention they rightfully deserve.
