It took me some months before I finally got round to responding to emails from Holloway, but I'm glad I did! I must have received around £12k in refunds from the various accounts they looked in to for me, so well worth it! Plus of course, current business rate payments are now corrected. Highly recommend!

Professional, friendly, and approachable. I dealt with Marshall Gee. He walked me through the process and provided me with some valuable information, following which we received a substantial rebate of £8.5k. So, I cannot complain at all, and the whole process took about 2-3 weeks. Very impressive, quick, and efficient. Surprisingly easy, and I had to do next to no work for it either. Unbelievable refund when we had no clue we were due one.

Ruby rang me about getting a potential refund. After finding out how the company worked and what was needed, I sent Ruby a few bits of information that she requested in order to submit the paperwork to the local council. Within a few weeks we had received a notification from the local council saying that we were getting a refund of the business rates. This was fantastic. No money was paid upfront and we settled the invoice once the refund had been received. Very easy, no stress and a refund in the bank. Ruby was extremely helpful and it was a pleasure to work with her.

Ruby from Holloway Bond emailed out of the blue, while I normally ignore a lot of random emails that claim to save you money, there was something about her email that felt genuine. Turned out it was, Ruby was very professional and answered all my questions.
The whole process took about 4-6 weeks, with minimal effort from us.
