A very competent and efficient worker and very personable.

The team were great from start to finish, really knowledgeable & pro-active. I had LVT fitted in my kitchen/living space. The fitting team also helped with removing my old kitchen tiles (which most fitters would not do), and turned up on time each day.
I will be using Holmes again for carpets later in the year, and will definitely recommend them to F&F.

Our hallway now has a lovely grey laminate and a dark grey carpet going to the basement. Malcolm was very helpful when he came to measure and Carl did a great job fitting the laminate. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Holmes Carpets.

Steven and Lee have shown me nothing but complete professionalism. I went around to get a quote for a new build home. They had a quotation done quickly by visiting the site and got back to us with a great deal after a few back and forth emails that were answered quickly. A very reputable company for flooring and carpets.

Lovely showroom with a huge range which the team helped narrow down for us based on what we were looking for. Free measurement and survey and then a great job done by the two fitters who managed to get it all done within a day. Great experience all round and the new carpets look and feel lovely - Holmes Carpets are highly recommended!

We've used Holmes Carpets twice now. Both times for LVT. Essentially because -
* their range was the best. They found the style and colour other companies couldn't.
* their pricing was fair - the product we wanted was pricey (the style and colour meant we had to go the higher end) but they helped us keep prices down where possible with discounts
* communication was great - they called when they said , turned up on time, and sent updates and reminders so we were all clear of what would be happening and when
* they're helpful - there's bits to move with every job. We've now done the whole downstairs so space was tight... but the guy helped throughout and worked around a couple of items that were difficult to move out completely
* the job is great. It looks amazing and the finish is perfect .

This is the second time I have used Holmes Carpets and will use them again as their service is excellent. The showroom is amazing with a great range of products to suit every taste but having given an idea of what I needed I was able to choose at home from the samples brought to me. The fitters did an excellent job and I am really pleased with the result.

Excellent end to end service. The carpet fitters were superb and we had a no fuss on time delivery. The carpet is so soft and we couldnt be happier. Would highly recommend

Excellent service and very professional. Very pleased with my floor fitting. Went out of there way to find the design I wanted.

Overall we were happy with the service provided but the fact that the carpet fitter arrived 2 hours earlier than we were told was inconvenient.

In the past few months I have had both new carpets and blinds fitted throughout my apartment, an excellent job done by all and particularly fitters Carl, Jordan and Malcolm.

Great experience start to finish. Excellent service from the shop and then amazing service from Vinny the fitter. he arrived on-time, clean, tidy and polite. Fitting standard was great too. Definitely recommend and will use again in the future
