Really helpful computer guy
My son's laptop had got a virus and also was noisy and hanging.
Matt took it to pieces and cleaned it out, checked the fan was OK so didn't replace it but noted the make of the fan in case it needs one in future. He looked through antivirus logs and also ran several virus scans of his own to check the machine was clean.
A far cry from the usual "I'll sell you a new one" attitude of most PC repairers.
Really seemed to know his stuff and be willing to keep going till he's made sure the job was finished.
Good value for money. And a thoroughly nice bloke!
Will definitely take a computer there again for any sort of repair or upgrade.
