As a disabled veteran I have very few joys outside of being able to go to the range and send some rounds down field. I must have put a 1000 to 1100 rounds downrange when I notice that the reticle on my holosun SCS appear to be cracked. This optic has never fell or been dropped. I spent somewhere in the neighborhood of $350 plus tax on this thing. When as everybody knows, there's tons of other options. Holosun refused to honor the warranty. My budget is a embarrassment to budgets. And I don't have over $350 to just throw away on an optic that breaks under intense fire. I thought I was getting quality in product and in service which I did not receive.

They shipped the parcel without signature! When I came home it was in front of my door, out in the rain! Everyone could have stolen it. I wrote to Holosun and asked why they ship like this and that I did not authorise it and what happened if the parcel was stolen. All they sent was the confirmation of order again without any Text! Thats rude and bad "service", it seems they dont care if someone steals their chinese junk. Holosun - never again!

I regret buying holosun products if this is what their service is like.

Bought and paid several items. Received an email with link and status inquiry option.

There has not been one thing changed in teh status eventhough two weeks have past.

They send mails to ask how the experience was but shipping and actually delivering is not even mentioned.

item never arrived, company washed their hands doesnt help in any way to even solve the problem, save your money dont buy ever from this company, couse tnere is a big chance you never see product and your money too, STAY AWAY !!!
