All of the reviews that I have read, sounds like everyone at least got some kind of drain filter, I didn't receive anything from Holuvo and can't get hold of them at all. Tried emailing them, wouldn't work because there must not be an email site. I've learned my lesson, this is a scam!

Don't Ever In Life Buy from this Company.!!!! Spend the Extra Money and Buy American-Made Products. Good Luck in Getting a Refund from this Company. 👎

I bought the universal drain that didn't fit my drain. I contacted them prior to the 14 day window only to be told no refund because the website clearly showed the size of the drain. When I pushed the issue they then came back with a copy of the refund policy that says no refunds on sale items. All their items are "sale" items!
So basically there are no returns on any of their items even though they have a 14-day return policy. Horrible customer service! I will never buy from them again!

Do not buy from this company, they do not accept returns, and they do not ensure customer satisfaction, even though their website says so. The “flixfilter “ is NOT universal like website says. When I bought two that did not fit, they said they would not take them back. My drains are standard size so I don’t know who uses these. Avoid this company!

Devices do not fit my drain and company refuses to accept return. I would gthis company a -10! Terrible experience!

Total scam. These do not fit.

After emailing for a return I was asked for a picture. I sent two pictures showing a tape measure proving that my sink was within their advertised size and a picture of the stopper not coming close to fitting.

I was then advised to take a screwdriver and pry the existing ring off my sink, I didn’t.

Total false advertising and they keep coming up with new reasons they won’t refund.

Each time I see their advertising on sites like Pinterest I click the scam option. I recommend everyone do this.

Bought the drain stopper, does not fit. Back and forth with emails, each time they repeat same thing...the website gives the size etc and not even acknowledging the issue, even though they say it can be returned. Just sent another emial 5 mins. ago. To top it off, looking around you can get it for less money here in USA, I paid $19.99. They are a scam, do not but from them. I wish I had used a CC and not paypal.
Several more emails back and forth, same canned response, filed a fraud complaint here in the state of MA...there is no address and the only address is the shipping point here in the US. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

As I suspected, there are countless people complaining about Holuvo, on there drain stoppers that don't fit. I have the same problem. They say one size fits alll. Not True. Don't buy from these people. They are horrible. Nothing but a scam. I have standard drains and their product does not work. DON'T BUY..........DON'T BUY...................DON'T BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered two Flixfiller sink stoppers from this company. They were too big in diameter for my very standard sized U.S. Kohler sinks. Although their website promised Easy Returns, when I explained the problem and asked to return them they gave me two separate B.S. runaround replies saying they don't understand why I would be having any issues with their product and refused to send me a return label. I recommend you do not do business with this company.

This company is a rip off!!!! Don't trust their satisfaction guarantee and refund policy. I purchased the Flixfiller for my sink and it didn't fit. I've emailed them 3X to get a refund and this is the last response I received from them.

Purchased 2 of the Flix Filters and when I received them in the mail they did not fit any drains in my home. When I ordered them online every where on the website stated 100% satisfaction guarante, easy returns etc. I've emailed the company many times but they refuse to give me a refund. Super upsetting.
Do not purchase anything from thus company. It's all a scam.

I purchased this product directly from Holuvo rather than through Amazon. That was a dreadful mistake. First of all, they sent me two different color drain plugs for side-by-side sinks. Secondly, they charged me almost $ 40.00 for the two plugs which I could have purchased through Amazon for half the price. Then I was unable to fit them in the sink drains. I wrote to numerous emails requesting permission to return the drain plugs for credit against my charge card and they refused. If I had purchased from Amazon, as I usually do, I would have been able to return the product without any trouble. This was an expensive lesson, so I wanted to let other potential customers know to buy through Amazon and be assured of help when you need it. As a Prime member I try to buy through Amazon whenever possible

This company is a scam .I bought 4 sink stoppers and when I bought them they didn’t tell you is a final sale no returns .
I would have not returned them but they don’t for they don’t give you a measurement but they tell you that they fit the standard stopper. Well I received my stoppers and they don’t fit they are all too big then I emailed the company and they told me it fits from one inch to one and a half inch my stopper size is one and a quarter inch and it’s to big it’s not fit . The last email they told me no refunds on this item I spend almost $60.00
Please be careful with this SCAM company. When you buy they don’t give you no return policy no information nothing no size .

This company will scam you! Don’t buy anything from them. I bought the sink stoppers. They did not fit the drain. I contacted them to return and they refused. The website clearly says easy returns. But that is a blatant lie.

Product details say it can be installed with no tools, but most drains have a bracket inside to hold your other tub/sink stopper inside. This piece can't be removed without tools and these stoppers don't fit drains that have a bracket.
Also, the advertised return policy is false. I tried to return my order within 10 days, but the company refused to accept the order saying this was a "discounted goods" item (i.e. on sale) and would not be considered for return despite having original packaging and no use. SCAM

I am very disappointed in my order basically because I should know better! There is no return policy after two weeks from the order date. The item did not even get to my house within the two week window. It arrived with no paperwork to question.
I have gone back and forth with the company and think I have discovered it is in INDIA!
