Poor customer service
I placed an order on March 15, 2026. I haven't received any notification about a delivery delay or shipping difficulties. Finally, I got tired of waiting and canceled the order on May 15, 2026. I am very disappointed. Their customer service is substandard.

The item arrived 10 days after I ordered, which considering it appeared to be coming from overseas was great.It (a chain clasp for a diaconal stole) arrived safely and is better than I expected, so I'm quite happy.

Service was very fast. Our church has used Holyart before and been very happy with price and quality of altar breads. The cost of postage was a little disappointing though.

The miraculous medals and holy face…
The miraculous medals and holy face prayer cards received were good quality. However the rosaries I received were not the white ones I thought I had ordered, rather they were the luminous ones. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend them to others. I have already placed more orders for gifts and religious items for the school I work at.
