The process was smooth from order to delivery. The item is nice, but the top is very wobbly. Seems like the hardware used isn't sufficient or some glue has worn off meaning the top wobbles sides to side a lot.

Holy Art are my favourite Catholic store. Everything I have puchased from them is excellent and their customer service is among the best companies I have dealt with. I particularly like their hosts for Mass. Top quality.

Products were packed very well for shipping and were received with no damages. Shipping was slower than I expected.

I got a little monstrance for my Mass kit. As a military chaplain I often have adoration in expeditionary conditions. This is an excellent product at a fantastic price and the item arrived within a few days. I'm very pleased with my little monstrance and can't wait to use it with the troops when I'm in the field or on retreat.

Everything was perfect

The surplice I ordered is of outstanding quality in both the lace and the body material! It arrived promptly without any problem. When I tried it on it was on the large side but after asking the very helpful customer service, they communicated the manufacturers recommendations for slightly shirking the piece. After slight alterations, it now fits perfectly and is an excellent addition to my liturgical wardrobe.

I am disappointed in my experience with Holy Art . The rosary I purchased was white with gold flecks in the picture. It arrived as a pink rosary. I brought this to their attention and was told the order was correct. No offer to replace. Nothing. Just that the order was correct and could have been the lighting.

So far the best choise, reasonable prices and fast delivery. Also the possibility to send back items (that I never used yet) is transparent and simple to follow. When you find something that works, it makes you glad.

Great selection of items. I selected a crucifix from Val Gardena and it is exactly as described. The international shipping from Italy to US was trackable at each step of the progress. Already planning another purchase. They have a huge number of items and I haven't even come close to exploring it all. Thank you Holyart.

The St. Raphael icon I ordered is beautiful and I love it! If you look closely you can tell it's printed, but on the shelf it looks hand painted. It was very affordable as well. The reason for 4 stars is that I ordered it in June and did not receive it until late September, but I'm very happy with the product.

Shipping was fast and the rosaries are perfect and very unique to the typical plastic rosaries I used to buy. I definitely recommend this company to all Catholics.

Service was exceptional the bible was very well packaged the experience was extremely easy and pleasant.

Among other things, I ordered a dozen wooden crucifixes for rosary making. Five of them were damaged on arrival. This was not shipping damage — the crucifixes were packed in plastic and the outer box was completely intact.
The issues are consistent: the metal ring at the top of the cross is missing, and the metal base is damaged and deformed.
I’m disappointed that nearly half that order had defects. For items meant for religious use and rosary making, better quality control would be expected. First and last experience.
