I ordered a helmet for 613 EUR on blackfriday, 28-Nov-2025, with delivery time 3-5 weeks.
After two months no delivery and no response to email or chat.
I see this as fraud and advise against shopping from here.
I ordered a pair of leatherpros bags, shipping was really slow (took five weeks) due to the fact that they arrived from the usa, and they did not respond to my questions about the order status. But after they shipped from france they sent me the tracking and when arrived they were absolutely perfect.
They're not the fastest, it took 17 days from order to shipping and I only got confirmation after order was shipped, but item arrived in one piece and was packed properly.
Terrible company. I ordered almost two years ago and still haven't received the parts or gotten a refund.

This shop was "out of business" for a few months, but now they are back into production. They contacted me about the missing part and sent it free of charge. I received the goods, and all ok. The time was actually pretty good, now that they are back. Will probably order again from them
Terrible company, ordered a Saddlemen seat with a max delivery time of 10 weeks. Months later never received the order. Unable to ever reach the company, not by phone, email or social media. Only one email stating the order was delayed, but not by how much or an ability to cancel. Took me months with my creditcard company to get my money back. They will delete bad reviews online
