I ordered starter pack on 2nd April and…

I ordered starter pack on 2nd April and awaited delivery - it was bank holiday so I allowed enough time (wanted them fit a wedding on 15th). By the 11th I’d had nothing so I emailed, they said one of my nails was out of stock so give a list of 4 other choices, they’d replace the out of stock one plus another for free. I duly did so and had a response saying thank you, they’ll be delivered shortly… 23rd I emailed again, no reply - emailed again since, no reply… an absolute waste. I didn’t have the nails I wanted for the wedding, they still have my money and still no nails.

A girl’s answer to lovely hands

I’ve not had a problem with Holy Gels from order to receipt and use. I’m in my late seventies and have never had strong nails but have always been envious of women with beautiful manicures. I’ve had several tries at false nails, stick on, acrylics, builder gel .. you name it I’ve tried it. Mostly they look fantastic when first done but eventually my nails paid the price. Holy Gels make my nails look great. They encourage length as they protect the nail and the only time I’ve had problems is when I’ve made a mistake. I would recommend using them to anyone whether they want the clear, see through, a solid colour or a pattern. They are BRILLIANT! And, as they usually last me 3 weeks well worth the money.

Amazing gel manis!

I have loved my first few sets of holygels! Simple to apply and both sets lasted me 2 weeks. One I took off because of growth but they were still secure and no chips!

If I could give 0 stars I would.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They just were not lasting. I had an email conversation for support and it was suggest not to use your top coat your sell. Now I feel like not only did I waste my money on the nail kit which I use nothing from and the nails lasted like 3 days I also wasted money on the top coat. Would not recommed utter rubbish. Wish I had not brought and wasted money.

Absolutely not worth the time I had…

Absolutely not worth the time I had them on for not even 10 minutes and they started falling off. I’m so disappointed as I had hope they would work. I followed every step and took extra time and they still didn’t work, I wouldn’t even give it a star but sadly I had to

Please change this I had hope that they would work but clearly not!!

Absolutely do Not Use and beware.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. As a makeup artist of over 25 years I take feedback and customer service very seriously. I bought these as they seemed a great solution for myself and for my brides. The next three weeks applying purchasing were an absolute joke. They came off within hours ( I applied correctly and as per instructions)
The next two/three weeks has been the worse customer service I've ever experienced. I was asked three times to send a pic which I did and kept being asked to resend if you could be bothered to read the feed you would see they have been attached.
I have just been emailed a response asking me 10 questions!!!!! I mean it's just ridiculous and quite frankly I can't be bothered anymore.
What I do know is I won't be recommending to the 100's of brides I come into contact with and won't even use on a shoot.
I'm also going to leave a very honest review on my social media.
My opinion...utter rubbish and terrible at dealing with customers. How they are successful is beyond me???

Great company and super nails

Great company and super nails! Easy to apply, last ages and do not damage nails. I have been using these for about a year now and love them, my nails have never been so long or in such good condition.
