Amazing company, great communication and amazing quality work and products

I purchased an item on 7/3/24 and was really looking forward to the item. After the initial order confirmation email, I waited around 4 days to follow up on expected delivery dates. The automated email said should expect an email in 48hrs and 11 days and 5 emails later, still no reply. The question was not even something that made any sense to avoid. I suspect that I have lost my money now. I understand that you are a primarily B2B business but even so, you should respect every customer. It is deeply frustrating because I would have accepted being told to wait an extra length of time if you could not meet your 2-14 day delivery target for retail deliveries (which in this case has passed).

The truth is, no one will respond to your email queries and their telephone line goes straight to a busy tone. Just try it 01189698290.

I will be taking measures to get my money back.

UPDATE: After initially posting this review I was finally responded to by Caleb the Account Director (the same day), he asked me to amend or remove my review. As a result I took my review down as I expected a swift resolution.

He explained to me that their team is small, they get 100 emails per day and each email is reviewed from the bottom upwards. In essence, each email I send will cause a delay in responses. Also I was told that they are moving warehouses and that I should follow the terms on their website. I found this funny because Holy Supply are obviously in the wrong and I sent him back a screenshot of the terms on their website at the time.

Still, 14 days later, I have nothing (30 days in total). From the day of purchase until today I have not even received a dispatch notification. This level of service is shocking. You have since changed your terms on your website from retail orders taking 2-14 days to 2-21 days and even so, you still have not honoured your delivery timing.

With all the excuses directed my way and my follow-up email demanding my refund 3 days ago ignored. I am asking you to issue my refund and so I can take my dealings elsewhere.

If you make a purchase from these guys, you will not be met with transparency or have your expectations met at all. As explained in detail above, they clearly either don't have the capacity or are pulling some scheme. I will find out whether this is true if I eventually do get my refund.

We recently collaborated with Holy Supply to get a selection of long-sleeve shirts printed. The team really understood the requirement and accommodated the urgency of our order with a fast turnaround which demonstrated their exemplary customer service. Will extend our partnership further with future collaborations.

My experience was tailor-made start to finish. I had a lot of questions for the team and was very unsure about a few ideas. The team really helped me feel reassured, asking me questions concerning my concepts to get the right idea. The quality i found outstanding especially for the price quoted. I always felt prioritised and overall I’m very happy with the service 5 stars 🌟

I have used Holy Supply, both personally and professionally. I first began purchasing hoodies after seeing them on Instagram and then suggested to my band that we look into Holy Supply for our merchandise. We had struggled with other merch suppliers in the past who could not keep up with the volume or provide the quality our fans needed. This has not been an issue with Holy Supply who have been an excellent partner.

Except your email is not important, and they definitely won't be getting back to you within 48hrs! I've gone weeks without a response to a simply return request. The product is ok, but arrived weeks and weeks late. For a brand wanting to sell B2B, to other businesses gooooood luck, I foresee many unhappy customers in the future. Go elsewhere for your blanks.

Have not received my package or a refund for my order it has been well over a month, no shipping updates, no responses to emails, no nothing. I would like my refund

One of the most important things for me as a consumer is connection, if you couple that with passion for the product you’re selling or the brand you are introducing an individual to; you you got me! The team at “Holy Supply” is passionate, innovative, and knows how to create a connection! I haven’t purchased their product(s) yet but I appreciate each time that I engage with the team via DM they respond. I have had several conversations with the team regarding different matters. I reached out concerning extended sizing in a hoodie, the team reached out to me and more importantly addressed me by name. A simple “Hey Corey” sold me! I am a brand owner who is in constant search for high quality, luxury, blanks. I’ve had times where I’ve reached out via email to never receive a response. Most blank manufacturers/suppliers have little to no interaction with their consumers and customers. Which has been a deterring factor for me, I’ll maybe buy a product or two but once I see that the interaction is not there, I’m done. Thank you “Holy Supply” for being you! You have no idea how much the small things matter.

The quality of the clothing is great.
All my questions asked by e-mail were answered.
The shipping however took longer than expected and because of Brexit additional declaration costs and trouble at the customs department were an issue.
This manufacturer tries the best it can.

I made an order for a couple of t-shirts after seeing an Instagram ad for nice basic streetwear staples. My money was taken immediately after ordering and I still have no shipping info 3 weeks on.. As a wholesaler their terms state that all items are to be delivered within 14 days. My email complaints were completely ignored and the only response I had on Instagram was to explain their terms. Appalling service all round, looking to get a refund as I'm starting to think I'll never receive my order.
