I received my Holzkern watch as a gift this past December. I collect watches and this timepiece was a beautiful addition. Recently I did have an issue with my band, something from all accounts is an unusual occurrence. At any rate, Max from Holzkern quickly and courteously addressed the problem. I am pleased and highly recommend this company and their beautiful, artful watches.

One of the crystals came off a necklace when I had only worn it a couple of times. Holzkern immediately offered to replace it with a new necklace. Very quick and friendly response. Wish more firms were like this.

My watch broke. I got in touch with the company and most of the initial process went well but the organisation of, and the process of the shipping took far too long and involved too much of my time and there were no real apologies for my experience. Need to improve in this area and apply more courtesy. Once through this painful part of the process, the watch was delivered to the company swiftly and the matter concluded quickly and I am very grateful for this. Overall a great idea for the designs and reasonable prices and my watch is working very well.
