I ordered a Mini Portable Fan 8 days back and got in intact condition. I would recommend everyone to purchase from homafy.

I wish to request all to make a note is FRAUD , it delivered wrong inferior product deliberately, upon return they offer the refund for the inferior product which is much cheaper than the money you paid for the product . Homafy support executives are rude , clueless, incompetent and do not give any solutions I have not received my refund of 3989 rs which I have requested 3 weeks back now after waiting for a month for the product . Order was on 5 th April and today is 6 th June .. no product nor refund received

Order 437620: This order worth INR 5077/- included a customized school bag for my 6-year-old daughter, who was incredibly excited about receiving it. Unfortunately, upon inspection, the quality of the school bag is completely unacceptable.
Issues with the Customized School Bag:
Poor Material and Construction: The bag is made of flimsy, low-grade material that feels like it will tear easily. The stitching is uneven and sloppy, raising serious concerns about its durability.
Unusable Design: The straps and back lack essential padding and ventilation, making it uncomfortable for a child to carry. Additionally, the incorrect strap placement renders at least two pockets inaccessible for a young student and no way they can access school books from this side.
Misleading Customization: The advertised unicorn customization is only on one side, appearing unprofessional. Furthermore, the reversible side featuring a mermaid design is completely inconsistent with the unicorn theme and feels deceptive.
Lack of Transparency: My repeated requests for product photos before purchase were denied, raising red flags about the quality, which I missed to take notice before placing the order.

It is fraud company. The product quality is cheap. The customer service is pathetic. Please do not buy from this place

The worst online company I have ever ordered anything. I had ordered a picture of my family on 12th April. Now when I check with them the status it shows that my shipment is delivered while it has never reached me. They are not even bothered about provinding me delivery details.

They promise to deliver the product in 5 to 6 working days. But it has been more than 30 days and the order is not dispatched yet. Their customer service is pathetic, they seems to be lost, they will never give you an honest update. They have been promising to deliver the product in next 1 day since last 7 days but it is not even dispatched yet. I wonder how are they even surviving with such awful service being provided.

Order number: 400540 : they dont have return/refund policy here, they have pathetic customer support in this new age social media, pls. avoid order from this website, i am chasing them since last one month for my returns/refund but customer support team keep on delaying my request......stay away from this website my sincere request to all....

Complete fraud! Out of two items ordered only one was delivered. No customer support response in whatsapp or over phone.

It's a totally fake website and I've recently bought a item which is filled with dust and it isn't working. When I contacted to customer care over whatsapp they're showing me that it's a wrong no. Totally cheat of money. Please drag them into the court if possible.

One thing for sure look somewhere else because HOMAFY is best for delivering NOT ONLY WORST products But WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORST QUALITY,
GREAT FOR LOOSING MONEY ( It's better to gamble and lose money than buying homafy products from my personal experience lost 6k money )

These chutias have the worst website. There's no place to actually write review on their website, all other review seems fake. They show photos of some other styles and send some other products.

These guys are fraud and robbing people . I have ordered two photos of mine one I have received but the other one they sent me different couple’s photos after paying them more than 5000 rupees they sent me wrong product and their product which they are charging a huge amount is such a wahiyaat quality. When I asked their customer support team there was one girl who asked me to be calm down. How can these guys ask their customers to be calm down when they are doing mistake from their end . And after raising the complaint I again called their number they are not even responding.

Worst company to buy products from.
I have bought Buddha frame and it was not same as what they have shown on website. So I requested for return and for last 7 days I am chasing them and still no reply. Looks like company is fraud. If they are doing business than it will not last for long.

They don't deserve one rating also...they don't used to respond to their customers...i ordered one personalized product from their site..it took long for delivery although I paid extra for express delivery still, and then I got a mail that product is delivered but I didn't get it... Tried to contact them many times but number they have provided is just useless and it's unreachable most of the time...they are not responding to mails... Fraud company it is.
