Do not purchase from this company!!! I ordered a lamp, and 40 days later it’s STILL not here. The tracking number they sent me leads to a Chinese website with no English translation. I keep asking them to cancel and they say “it’s on its way” even though it has no US tracking number. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Perfect Pendants for above island.
Love these green pendants above our island. The color is a perfect muted olive green and the wood accent just elevates the look. For reference our island is 8ft long and three of these lights fit perfectly.

Great lamp, looked a lot for a single bulb cute lsmp because I'm using a rechargeable bulb in case power goes off it turns on. These fitted all my specs and looks great, I installed no issues. All good.

This is a scam company
This is a scam company. Do not buy from these people. My goods finally arrived after a long wait during which I got no information and tracking didn’t work, and I couldn’t log into my account or reset my password (because it’s all fake).
The customer services does have a proper ticketing system, it’s just a random person who may or may not email you back.
The items I received are of extremely low quality, made cheaply in China, in thin cardboard boxes that were damaged and squashed on arrival. Mass produced flimsy metal that scratched my hand, uneven bumpy paintwork, paintwork full of scratches, cheap plastic fittings. The products don’t live up to the pretty pictures on the web page. I can’t hang them because they’re damaged and ugly.
The main page says ‘high quality’ and ‘30 day returns’. Read the policy and they basically don’t allow you to return. It’s a total scam.

In response to Homdiy: I did contact you with my order number with full details of the issues I was having before posting a negative review on trustpilot. I also sent you images. If you are an honest company, why do you say '30 day returns' on your home page and then do everything possible to stop customers returning faulty goods? This light fixture is BEAUTIFUL - we replaced a hideous flush mount "boob" light with this over our sink, and I'm absolutely in love with the look of this. The glass shade is heavy, thick and very well made. I can't say enough good things about this light!
