Fantastic customer support and service!

I attended HB in Romford today - I I’ve been looking for a particular mirror for 3 months and i finally got my hands on it.
As i collected the mirrors o started to feel a sharp pain in my stomach and it was difficult to get the items to the till - I eventually made it and the pain became intense and I was thinking how would I get my items to the car as I didn’t get a trolly (I wasn’t expecting to get the items) and I had my toddler with me. The lovely Sana asked if I was ok and if i needed a hand. I said yes and she got her colleague to help me to bring the items to my car ! I’m not sure what the gentleman name was but Sana would
Know and I’m so grateful! Thank to HB staff !

My wife and I visited your store off…bury rd bolton

My wife and I visited your store off bury rd bolton and was very pleased with help from the staff I am a wheel chair user they provided me with a special trollie to do my shopping we also visited your cafe and was more then pleased .they also have invalid toilets there .two happy customers

i went to get my gussons bath soak 500ml £0.99 this is now for 400mls £1.25 this means it has gone up £0.46 pence from last week why so much is this not profitering 20p for the loss of 100mls and 26 p more now new price can you explane why so much

Has anyone been banned from home bargains

Has anyone been banned from home bargains for complaining as I have it seems staff can give out abuse and you can't defend yourself all that want is your money don't care about customers

Still waiting a month later for product

I ordered fertiliser 4 weeks ago which didn’t arrive.
I finally contacted the company by email as they don’t have a call centre.
I got an automated response saying my product was with their courier EVRI who had a backlog.
One week later I’m still waiting.
Will now try and contact EVRI….what a joke

Abismal customer service …

I purchased some solar lights from Home Bargains in Northern Ireland during a weekend break back in March. When we got home to Dublin I put the lights in the garden to charge. One of the lights wasn't working but I left it in the sun for a few days just to see and changed the battery also. I contacted customer service in HB and included my receipt to ask if a replacement light could be sent to me and the cost of returning the light be covered by them and was advised that they were happy to exchange the light but I'd have to bring it back to the shop. I explained again that I lived in the south of Ireland and was only up north for the weekend. They came back to me and said that they don't cover the cost of returning faulty items but that I could hold onto the light until my next visit!!! I'd bought the two lights for my front step so was extremely disappointed with this give the item was faulty and I hadn't just changed my mind. I contacted the European Consumer Affairs in Dublin who contacted their UK counterpart to see if they'd have any luck resolving the issue. 5 months on and I've just received an email to say that while HB initially engaged with them, they eventually stopped replying to their emails!!! You might think this is a lot of effort to go to for a solar light but I loved them and, as I said before, they were a set for my front step. On a point of principle I won't shop in HB again. Nor will any of my friends. You'd imagine HB would have just sent me a new light as a gesture of good will for the sake of e8!

All about the selling but when there's…

All about the selling but when there's a problem customer service is awful, rude and even the CEO Joe Morris doesn't reply to them. I'm appalled by their service. Cmon Joe Morris prove me wrong and mail me . Earn your billions , sort your shop customer services out and respect your customers. That way when you put your head on your pillow at night you will have a good night's sleep sunshine
