Just found out they pay people to put…

Just found out they pay people to put reviews for them. Im lmao.
Dont use them the load of scammers.
Please read all the reviews you kn what i mean it says all there !!!
On there own website there now removed my review.
Kama will catch up to them.

Do not trust them

Do not trust them! They completed my boiler and after that just left everything else. I have been told by another company that they may have already claimed for my external wall insulation. So now I am stuck with no wall insulation and can't claim from another company either! It's been 1 year and 10 months since I am trying to get it done but to no avail. A bunch of scammers

UNSAFE BEWARE They have left me with a boiler that is…

They have left me with a boiler that is not working properly and the pressure keeps increasing with a constant leak underneath.
The plastering is substandard, the plastic membrane under the plasterboard is only on 1 wall.
The window sills are not sealed and have massive holes on the edges. The electricity upstairs is causing flickering lights constantly and blowing appliances.
They havnt put the skirting boards on properly. They dirtied my carpet and I cant afford to get it shampooed. They ruined my sofa with some kind of adhesive.
I was sexually harrased which I recorded on audio phone. They refuse to answer calls or rectify the issues they have made. One worker was even witnessed on loud speaker telling me to " shut it" when I said I didn't have a good signal and was on the way to have my pet out to sleep.
I am beyond mortified. The man who sexually harassed me refused to put the window sills in because I knocked him back. 4 weeks later the ones who came out left massive holes as you can see in some of the pics I upload.

Been a complete and utter nightmare…

Been a complete and utter nightmare from start to finish, was told it would take 3to4 days I'm now in week 3 and still not completed 5 days wen they didnt even bother to show up, my house is a total building site with 3 young children,none of the workers speak any english, theyve left dangerous tools and loose nails and screws lying around! Messed my electric up so I had to get an electrician out and I've now been left with no heating for the last 4 days!! If I'd known then wat I know now I'd never of had it done, emailed to complain and supsrise surprise no response! Absolutely diabolical!!

A NON-RUNNER…FURIOUS!!!!

All very positive and helpful initially. Eban and Tamsin were quite sure my house was doable but I needed to get my SSE tariff changed to Economy 7 and have a Smartmeter installed. I did as instructed, a survey was carried out (the guy took over four hours AND left four holes in my exterior walls) and I was told that the works would be scheduled within two weeks. Then I was told there was a slight delay because of government stipulations and more red tape….then nothing. Zero. No contact. Couldn’t get through on the phone until yesterday when I was told there was no profit for the company to do the works on my property! Why I didn’t get some form of correspondence six weeks ago, I don’t know. Now I’m stuck with an Economy 7 tariff which I cannot get changed back to the previous one! As if power isn’t costing enough today, I’m now paying a huge amount more for my daytime usage and I barely use any power at all during the night! To say I am cross, disappointed and out of pocket, doesn’t come near it!!!

Survey cancelled multiple times 😞

Sadly, have had my home survey cancelled multiple times over the last 6 weeks and now not able to get hold of anyone?

Previous reviews seem so positive and that is why I chose this company, so not sure why I am experiencing so many issues and waiting so long? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Prompt, professional help.

Hello all, I have had the most incredible help from this company.
I'll keep it brief, but basically after going around in circles for quite a while now, trying to find at least a company that would reply to my inquiries, I stumbled upon this assessor and would recommend to anyone wishing to change to storage heating.
Because :
I have dealt with the same person, Tammash Peters, right from the start of my enquiry.
An assessment was arranged within a week.
Five days later the engineers are scheduled to fit the brand new system.
No fuss. Professional, patient and above all 'Human' ! Customer service at it's best! Most refreshing!
