To avoid if you want transparency on executions.
I am still extremely unhappy about their execution flow on Toronto stock exchange esp. on illiquid stocks.
They place only half of the order on TSE, the second half supposedly placed on "other liquidity providers" which their trading desk has no clue about. This lack of transparency could easily hide front-running, trading against their market-maker without giving me fair price executions. I have no idea whether this lack of transparency is even consistent with regulations.
Anyway, this smart routing is just inefficient and seems to have been designed without valuable input from anyone who understand how the market actually moves.

Aditi has done a fantastic job but there are one thing which can be improved.
If we ask various points and when there are no system possibilities of doning the same, the person should be recetive to note down the points and ask Saxo bank managment to implement some solution by which saxo bank system and interface can be improved.

The saxo go app is so easy to use, even for an idiot like me! The support service they provide is excellent, both on the app and importantly on the phone as well. They are available at all times of the day, which is so useful. I received live support on the phone with a wonderful guy called Hadi. He gave me an hour of his time to guide me through a small issue that needs resolving. I'm old so I like to talk to a human and I'm very lucky to have spoken to Hadi. His English skills were perfect even with very technical words. And his knowledge and advice was perfect as well as his friendly character. Thank you so much!

The support is quite well structured. First through chatbot, and when that did not work, a live support through chat was provided. When that also did not resolve the issue, the support (Aditya) called me, I provided screenshots and he solved my problem. Also explained some features of Trader Go that I was not aware of. I did not have to wait much for support to come.

Trail step need two minutes or less to explain. Obviously, she didn't enjoy question and sent mail. If you don't want to resolve issue, call the meeting or send mail. However, it is much better than with IBKR, where waiting time is 0. to 1.0 hour.
