Home24 feels like it’s stuck in the 70s. No English communication, outdated customer service, and a frustrating online experience. In 2025, this is unacceptable. A store like this has no place in the EU if it can’t support international customer

Very Frustrating Order
I made an order on home24 for a bed since 08.02.2025 and I got no feedback on the delievery. I started contacting the delivery company and the seller directly. I got no help from home24 regarding this. Very frustrating.
