My experience with this company has been negative. I ordered an indoor sauna for two people, and the package arrived damaged with several broken parts. Even though I sent photos clearly showing that the boxes were damaged before I opened them, the company has refused to replace the damaged parts with new ones.
In addition, they were very slow to respond (10 days) despite my repeated emails. I do not recommend them at all.
