The Home Agency Reviews 

Booked a viewing with The Home Agency and received email confirmation a few days prior. On the day of the viewing, I received a missed call only 20 minutes before the appointment - no voicemail or follow up. When I called back 5 minutes before the viewing, I was told the property was taken and the viewing was cancelled. The agent implied it was my fault for not answering the phone 15 minutes earlier. Very poor communication and unprofessional handling for a first time experience.

Phoned them on Monday, to arrange viewing of one property, the bloke promised me he get the keys and come back to me on Tuesday, noting happened.
called them on Wednesday, the lady told me the agent don't have the keys. Later that day I passed by, and saw one agent make viewing of the property, obviously he had key. Called again the agency from in front of, while some one made a viewing. And get pert, snappish answer when they able to get the key will call me back.Today is Friday still nothing happened. No phone call no apologise nothing.
TIME WASTERS!!!!
AVOID THIS AGENCY THEY'R NOT PROFESSIONAL AND LIARS !!!!!!
