A great price for the product
A great price for the product, Home & Cleaning are selling the product I wanted at a very competitive price, also unlike other websites, it was not out of stock so I purchased from them for the first time and have been impressed by the service received. My only concern is that the courier from Evri left my parcel in public view outside my porch where it could easily have been stolen, so I deducted one star for this. I hope Home & Cleaning can raise this issue with their courier firm, for the benefit of their customers.

I have tried most of the AA range of car cleaning products and I must say they are completely rubbish and a waste of money I wouldn’t recommend these products
The only product in the range that is ok is the glass cleaner

Really disappointed with the service
Really disappointed with the service. Ordered at the weekend and the delivery states standard delivery is 2-4 days. It has been that long and according to the courier it has still not been collected. I have asked to cancel and “as it’s on a pallet” they cannot do anything. So have to wait for delivery, refuse, wait for it to be returned and based on how quickly they have sent it, might get a refund for Xmas! Would never use them again.

This was then collected by the courier on 06/03 - the reason for this would have been as it was over a weekend - the order is showing as delivered 07/03 at 12:34.
