We receive a wrong item and received correct item after weeks.

Be careful not to deliver the goods, I made a complaint to Paypal and the seller responded that the product was delivered but we see well in Austria and I live in Switzerland. Scam

A very positive experience so far. We met Jen online and she was excellent. She was warm, welcoming and friendly and listened well to what we said. She was very patient when we couldn’t work the zoom properly and showed real professionalism. . She showed a good knowledge and gave us good advice. An impressive first point of contact for the company. We look forward to meeting her again this week.

Jen was very helpful and friendly. It may not be the service that i go for this time around (as my project is too small) but definitely will consider them for the future ones. She took her time to explain everything and gave good advise. Would recommend to atleast have the initial free consultation and take it from there.

Had our consultation with Jen today, it was very informative, transparent and definitely worth while. Jen was professional as well as personable throughout. I was having issues with my device and also had one of the children home, yet Jen was very understanding and patient, working around our needs. It was useful carrying out the consultation via video, with Jen sharing their screen so we could get a clear idea of what was being explained.
We have a long list of ideas, all of which Jen talked about in detail explaining what each idea needed and any issues that could arise (all though there was always a resolution to these!). Overall it was a good experience, all being well we should be moving forward, following this consultation and Jen as a face of the company!

Having worked my entire career in the financial services sector one would hope that I know a thing or two about customer service. In fact our business is based on offering our clients excellent service and a philosophy of doing what you say you’re going to do.

My wife tells me that even at home I seek similar excellence in the services we receive from professional and utility suppliers etc. Unfortunately, I am often left disappointed as this high standard is rarely met; sometimes the service received isn’t even close ! As a consequence, I rarely provide any feedback as who wants to read a review explaining that expectations were not met and that once again the service received could only be described as being ‘average’.

That’s not the case however, with Isabella and the team at Home & Maker. Throughout their five month engagement everyone I have dealt with in the Home & Maker team has demonstrated the requisite expertise but above all else, they have met my extremely high service standards, in some instances they have exceeded them (this has never happened to me before).

Isabella and the team have been fantastic to work with and hence why I volunteered to provide this feedback and recommendation to anyone seeking residential architectural services to look no further than joining the Home & Maker family !

A professional service from start to finish. I needed architectural drawings for a side return extension and found the process with Home & Maker to be straightforward and reasonably priced. I would use them again and would highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable company with a friendly, no-nonsense approach.
