I’ve had a great experience with Home Base NL Property Management. Their team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about both property owners and tenants. Communication has always been quick and clear, and any issues or questions I’ve had were handled efficiently.

The owner, Andrew, is very handsome as well.

They make the whole process stress-free, from day-to-day management to ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and go the extra mile to provide excellent service.

I’ve had a great experience with Home Base NL managing my property. Their team has been professional, responsive, and very organized throughout the entire process. They made everything easy and stress-free, from communication with tenants to handling the day-to-day management of the property. It’s reassuring knowing my property is in good hands and being looked after properly. I would definitely recommend Home Base NL to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy property management in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Would never recommend this company to anyone. Owner was completely unresponsive to both tenants and us as the landlord. We would wait days and weeks at times for an actual response and even then, if they did anything at all, it was the bare minimum. We ended up having to do far too much work ourselves including communicating with tenants who could never get a response from Andrew. Go with another company who actually wants to do the work they are being paid for.

Would not recommend. I had to personally manage property issues the same, or more, since hiring and working with them.
HomeBase NL management were nonresponsive to tenants and the landlords/home owners- even in emergency situations. They failed to place tenants in vacant unit in a timely manner and failed to monitor empty units. They were paid to clean a unit once a tenant had left. I personally viewed the unit after they allegedly cleaned it and was shocked at the level of dirt and mess left behind. Im not convinced anything was actually cleaned. Which leads me to my final comment, unreliable.

Our cleaner is always kind and a hard worked, cant recommend enough!

We are very happy with our experience with Home Base NL. I feel confident that my property and guest are top priority for Home Base NL.

A very recent event made me appreciate the services offered by hAndrew, Ryan & Keira! During the event, they responded to concerns and communicated with me from the beginning of the issue to end. And to top it off, I didn’t need to drive 1.5 hrs to deal with the situation.

HomebaseNL are legit. Helped me start up my vacation rental with ease. Understanding all the ins and outs so you don’t have to waste time learning it yourself. They’ll work with you until you have all the systems for a successful business in place. Well worth the investment.
