No hassle ,Kurt has been exceptional in follow ups and keeping me informed .This is the type of service people yearn for so I would recommend everyone and anyone who is serious about customer service and who is concerned about value for money to the last cent.

I have a bad experience with this company and originally was going to seek legal advice as to what to do but with the help of Diamon they have set things right hope it stays that way for the future.

So after my post here i was promised a full refund, that never happend, then once again i had to post here and then was told by "jay" (if that is his real name), that my refund was processed, that was 3 weeks ago and yet again i have not recieved a cent back.

Be careful before dealing with this company, as they do not honor there word, and use deceitful tactics to get you pay for a product you are purchasing from them and then to be told you paid for a subscriotion to there website?

Firstly which online store requires a monthly subscription to be paid to be able to pirchase from them. Total SCAM in my opinion.

got redirected to their site after trying to make a purchase elsewhere for R200 (more or less 10USD), realized it was not what was promised, told them to close my account and cancel everything (i unchecked the box for the $26 USD every 2 weeks) got notification that my account was closed and then 3 days later my account was debited for $26. this is illegal where i am from and this criminal behavior is absolutely appalling, DO NOT USE, ITS A SCAM!!!!!

Have bad experience with this company. Looked into an advertisement of €2 to go into a draw for obsolete products. After that they start charging €63 every 2 weeks on my credit card account. Lucky the amount was only small but please be aware of this company.
It’s a Scam.
