information about the product online is not accurate
quality is very poor
customer care is a disaster
i bought a sofa bed online and when i received it in the first week i called them many times to call for change or fix or refund
after 8 days one employee come and take photos, after one day they refused to do any thing
the consumer has the right to change or refund any product if the quality is not good
i will not stop looking for my rights
the back is very poor material
the finishing is awful
the righthand is not in the right alignment
all of this and they are saying it is not manufacture mistake
