why ask for license numbers!
I am an athletic trainer and working under the CERTIFICATE of athletic training NOT THE STATE LICENSURE. you system continuously asked for which licensure i am working under. I selected the "unknown" option, and EVERY SINGLE QUESTION on the exam gave me a warning that i am in the wrong licensure domain even though i was taking courses for the athletic training BOC. (Board of CERTIFICATION).

I signed up and paid for Spanish in…
I signed up and paid for Spanish in healthcare, completed the handout only to find it would not allow me to take the test because the class was not approved for Florida. I took the class for my National Certification renewal and thought it qualified for NCBTMB 279778-00.
I called and I believe spoke to Alex, who said I would receive a refund which I appreciated.

Poor customer service
I began receiving emails stating I had unlimited membership and courses “expiring soon”. The only date on the email was 02/02/26. I received multiple emails, most recently on 01/26/26. I was very surprised when I logged in on 01/26 and had no access to any courses. Customer service said “sorry” your membership expired on 01/21/26. While this may be true there is no transparency/communication and poor customer service in resolving miscommunication on the company’s end.
