I am very happy with the courses…
I am very happy with the courses offered by HomeCEU that I have taken. It is nice to be able to take my time and stop when I need to and continue the class where I left off. It is also nice that they offer different levels of content, not just beginner classes. It works very well when I need to go back and review the content if I didn't understand it the first time through

Cost Effective, Quality varies per instructor.
The cost is wonderful and I would say that you get what you pay for. I took several classes for a total of 16 online hours. Some courses did well, One I think needs to be discarded and completely redone. Overall your format is the same and so I'm sure the extra pictures are up to the instructor. Some did well, Others not so much. Yes, I would refer you, with limitations and I would tell them to look for a little more engaging classes, unless all they want is to get CE's.
