I've given this 1 star because you could not give zero I ordered a 50ml loulou perfume and what I got was not loulou it was either fake or out of date it smelt of nothing
And they are refusing to take it back because I had opened it and the seal would be broke

Bought my favourite perfume from this site.
There's absolutely no fragrance whatsoever.
I emailed the company and they asked if I was sure I had ordered my regular perfume.
I replied to let them know I certainly did but there's nothing that can be done.
I'm stuck with a bottle of water.

If I could give Zero stars I would, I ordered some perfume & didn’t get what I ordered, I had an Email confirmation of the goods I ordered & paid for, their website listed the item I ordered they sent me something different not what I ordered but I could of bought it elsewhere cheaper £20 cheaper..
I was offered a 10% discount of another order…. Once bitten not in a million years ..
I will never use this site again & I will warn my friends & family also Social Media sites, being unable to get out & I don’t drive & Royal Mail not able to collect the item I am disgusted with their lack of help…
