Received phone call later on day of ordering stating insufficient stock available to fulfil my order. Most apologetic and arranged refund immediately which has already been received. Great service, even though you were unable to supply. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, after looking at your order I can see you ordered a special order sample on the 31st of August that takes 1-3 weeks to arrive from Italy as per the order information. As of today we are still within this timeframe and the sample is still on its way to us however if you'd prefer we can cancel your order and refund you for the sample?
