My bathroom vanity arrived within one week and in great condition. I suggest that the company send an order confirmation via email. I never received one and wasn't sure if my order went through. Luckily, i received a phone call from the freight company in a few days and my vanity was delivered quickly.

After dealing with the local chain home improvement stores with horrible service and damaged products, my wife found homedesignoutletcenter.com. I so happy she did. The prices were reasonable and their selection extensive, as well as a top notch delivery. They will definitely be my first choice from now on.

Took 3 months of following instructions and promises not happening including threats to deny payment on credit card (whick was also my final threat) and refusing to speak to person dealing with which brought credit on my statement for damaged item. Also could only talk to person answering phone in many cases until threatened credit card deninal.

First, we have to praise our sales rep, Gamze Duran. She was courteous, informed, ultra efficient and responsive. Even after our first visit, she worked to find us the IDEAL vanity for our bathroom. We shopped around at a few high end places and no one compares to this young woman. She is professional and takes full responsibility for the companies' service.
In terms of the company, why go anywhere else? They have quality products that arrived on time and undamaged. What more can you ask? Don't waste time and don't be put off from the way the place looks from the outside. Remember, you can't tell a book by its cover. The place is great.

This vanity exceeded our expectations! The cabinet is beautifully detailed on 3 sides, the Carrara Marble top is exquisite. It looks like a very high end vanity at a fraction of the cost. Our contractor had no problem setting the sinks or faucets. It shipped to me from Chicago to Washington State and it arrived in perfect condition.

I selected a great vanity and ordered matching mirrors. The day of the delivery I was called and told that the mirrors I purchased were not an exact match to the vanity, and that they wouldn't be able to get a match. They offered me a discount to keep the mirrors, but so far I haven't seen it on my card.
Also, I was not informed that delivery is curbside only. Imagine my surprise when the driver told me he could only leave the 250 item in my driveway.

The vanity was great, price great and they went out of their way to help us. Also got beautiful floor tiles there.

We had such an excellent experience at home design outlet. When we arrived, we were asked if we wanted to see the traditional showroom or the modern one. After visiting both, I was surprised that we really fell in love with a modern piece. Nuray was incredibly helpful in designing the actual bathroom and coordinating the tiles with the vanity. Delivery was seamless and they were again very helpful when we realized we needed an extra box of tiles to complete the project. The bathroom looks fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to go back. What a pleasure!

We ordered a vanity, countertop, sink, mirror and linen cabinet. Everything delivered in the time frame I was told and was well packaged - no damages!

Happy with my purchase but had problems with the delivery and had to research myself to find out where my one of two pieces was.

My Wife and I have been shopping for weeks trying to find the right Vanity for our recently remodeled bath. We found that the department stores carried inexpensive knock-offs of what we were looking for. The selection and the pricing were right in line with what we had in mind. The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. They actually had stock on the nicest vanities that usually take 4-5 weeks everywhere else.
We are very happy with our purchase and it was certainly easy to find off of the turnpike.

Product was true to description and good quality. We ordered on a weekend and received it on Tuesday afternoon. Delivery man carried all items up staircase and left in my dining room which was great.

I live in Calif and found their 72 inch double sink vanity on eBay! I was extremely skeptical about shelling out $1000 for a vanity that I couldn't see and touch before pulling the trigger! I found a similar warehouse on the west coast selling very similar vanities at twice the price! I liked the product! My second concern was having such an item shipped across the beautiful USA without damage! Customer service spells it out very clearly to thoroughly inspect the vanity prior to accepting shipment! I made the purchase and the vanity was shipped very quickly. The vanity was packed extremely well, however, one door and two drawers were dinged during the transportation process! I took pictures with my iPad and noted the dings on each area! Without hesitation customer service advised me that the replacement items would be securely wrapped and shipped to my address at no additional charge! A week later I received the undamaged replacement parts which were triple wrapped in bubble sheets and boxed in styrofoam! I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase, the process and the product. I spent $25K to remodel a bathroom and this vanity was the cherry on top! I highly recommend this company as they stand behind their service and product 100%!!!!!!!!!

Overall the vanity and countertop were of good quality. However due to the fact the stone countertop did not quite fit onto the vanity by about an 1/8" inch we needed take apart the riser and slightly cut them down so the countertop fit. I find this a bit unacceptable when ordering material designed to be fit together.

As for the vanity, while of good quality I was a bit disappointed the side drawers are only very short drawers. Seems like a waste of usuable space and the drawers should be full drawers.

Service was quite good and my questions were always answered efficiently.

Everything as promised. Will use them again

Bad shipping, was supposed to received my vanity today, but they didn't send my furniture so it didn't arrived, now I have to wait again for them to resend my vanity this time hoping it comes.. Upset!

I do like the options of certain brands being "readily available to ship" however, I would say that for an order to be placed on 12/17 and not leave before, 12/23, this was slightly disappointing. I have not received the product yet (which I completely understand due to the holidays) so I cannot rate the actual vanities until they arrive and compare the in person vs. the website, so I will have to get back to all.

The quantity, quality, and price of the products in the showroom was outstanding, and the staff, specifically Sedan, was professional, knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs. Their delivery scheduling was also excellent and the delivery/truck driver could not have been better. I will be using the Home Design Outlet Center in the future and have already recommended friends and acquaintances.
