I feel lied to. I am working for a furniture company and I desperately needed this to work. Unfortunately, it is good for nothing. It is changing my furniture, turning it into an abomination of mismatched shapes and distorted designs. Nothing resembles the original product and every attempt produces something even farther from what I need. Costs a lot of money and hours of frustration.

Great design tool, great support
The people who run this company are real, accessible, helpful and professional! The program itself is amazing. The team has been so helpful in showing me how to use it and i feel very comfortable connecting with them if i get stumped. We are working on a two acre exterior space project with out buildings mixed with gardens and terraces. As I contine with the design I am glad to have the program and the people behind it!

My experience with HomeDesignAI has been quite disappointing. The software is not user-friendly, and the design outputs are often inaccurate even when exact measurements are entered. I spent many hours trying to fix layouts that should have been generated correctly.
What makes it worse is the refund process. Their website advertises a 30-day guaranteed refund, but when I emailed to request it, they kept trying to upsell me or redirect me to other tools I’m not interested in. Instead of simply processing the refund as promised, they made the process difficult and frustrating.
Overall, the product did not deliver the value it claims, and the customer support did not honour the straightforward refund guarantee. I would not recommend this service.

Useless. Don't Even Think About Paying For it
Don't even think about signing up for this. The only reason I signed up was because I thought I was getting a subscription to HomeStyler. This is HomeDesignsAI, but they have "HomeStyler" on their Google link. They are a total rip off. I got the 1 month Pro plan because it said it had conversational AI, but once in the conversation AI requires another upgrade to their "Premium Pro" Plan. Absolute rip off. Their only interest is to fleece you of as much money as they can. What I got was totally useless. It was a hook to try and make me pay more for additional services. They make it VERY difficult to cancel your subscription. You have to email them to cancel. I have just done this, but I am preparing for a fight. I have lived and learned. These guys are charletons!

I sampled a number of AI landscaping apps via their free trials. HomeDesigns was more flexible and creative than any. No app will provide you with every detail and precise measurement. But the plans that HomeDesigns provided served as a basis for our own creativity. It allowed us to visualize the final project. We redesigned our xeriscaped front yard with HomeDesigns. We now have people asking if they can photograph our front yard and others asking if I could redesign their yard.

Great for architectural renderings
HomeDesigns AI offers a great product, helping me quickly add realism to my architectural computer renderings in a tiny fraction of the time it used to take me using other digital software. I am able to generate very photorealistic imagery for client presentations in a very short time, allowing me to do other things. Concerns and questions have been dealt with quickly, backing up a good product with great customer service.

Suspect it's a scam
Do not waste your money, after trying the most basic version I bought TWO upgrades, first to premium, then to premium plus, even after this you still can't do the most basic things. Eg it will generate an image for you once, but if you want to get any further edits it asks you to upgrade yet again to "business". I have no doubt they also have a business plus, platinum etc and you will continually be paying out more money for nothing. They don't even let you cancel your subscription without emailing them. I strongly suspect this is just a scam.

wish i could give zero star rating.. Redesign is poor.. two sinks instead of hob and sink when AI creativity on max. When you lower AI creativity it can even remove chimney or door to your room.. No option to put dimensions and fixed/unmovable items. It is absolutely useless tool and you cannot get money back!

Pretty useless unless you upgrade
Pretty useless unless you purchase the upgrade. All those pop ups continually reminding you to upgrade may be true. I never got to really using the product with the upgraded features, but used the basic version and really felt scammed. It doesn't even do what the competitor’s $9.99 (HomeAI) app does!
However, their customer service is great, and reached out to offer some of the features that come with the upgrade. And ultimately did provide a refund.

Not intuitive and poor results. Wish there was a free trial because I would not have purchased it after seeing the many terrible results produced for a straightforward backyard landscape. Even when I selected "backyard" and "garden" modes, it changed the house exterior only.

I subscribed for a full year. Ever since I did, i have been receiving offers to upgrade to premium. I paid a decent amount of money to subscribe and expect good service rather than prompts to upgrade non stop. They are only interested in making more money not offering you a good service. I try to login. I can’t.
I had different styles that i used at first like ‘chalet’. Now ‘chalet’ is only available in the premium subscription. So they are cutting back on what i can have. Plus all the designs that i get are far fetched, not even resembling the picture that i uploaded to have ideas on how to improve the house that i work with. It is a scam. Do not subscribe. Use chat gpt instead. I would give as a rating if i could, never seen something so bad.
