Great range of quality products, but what makes these guys stand out is the knowledgeable and friendly team - they seemed genuinely interested in what was best for me and gave great advice (even suggesting a cheaper option than what I was originally looking at!). If this is the flagship homeessentials shop in Link Drive, North Shore Auckland, I have had a few pleasant experiences buying expensive items with employees of the shop, but one very disturbing experience with the lady who calls the shop hers. I needed a replacement of an item which didn't work as expected. While I was reluctantly given the replacement (but was not allowed to try it in the shop), the lady (Meg?) was exceptionally nasty with a discourteous, aggressive attitude. Maybe she was having a 'bad hair day.'
