If I could give zero Stars I would I made an order for massager the order was never sent I asked for refund they told me that they were going to forward it to the department that handles refunds and now they stopped answering my emails it's been over a month

I put a order back in August 23 2020

I put a order back in August 23 2020, and now its November and I still haven't heard anything from home essentials. I tried sending emails after emails and can't get anyone to respond back to me. I tried calling the phone number that is on the page and can't get anywhere. I ask them to send me my order or refund me my money back. Wish they would just send me my order or refund me.

HOW TO REPORT HOME ESSENTIALS

Thank you for confirming my suspicions! Also, that "ladder shelf" review is a copy/paste that is on multiple scam review sites - it's a dead giveaway!

If this "company" is truly being run from a Section 8 address, PLEASE CONTACT:

It is ILLEGAL to operate ANY business from a Section 8 domicile, let alone a fraudulent one!
Section 8 has become overrun with criminals!!! They have "alternative income" and make life a living hell for their disabled and elderly neighbors, who have paid into the system our whole lives and actually have the RIGHT and the NEED to be in Section 8 housing!
We pay 1/3 of our meager, fixed income on rent, but the criminals don't report their illegal income, so they live in Section 8 FOR FREE, all while operating "businesses" like this one.
From drug dealing to daycares and everything in between, PLEASE report these crimes when you know they are occurring!!!

Scores of good people are DENIED housing because criminals are ILLEGALLY occupying Section 8 properties. It's only going to get worse if the COVID evictions multiply, God forbid!!!
PLEASE help protect some of your most vulnerable neighbors by reporting this and other Section 8 crimes.

They are awful people.

I for one response that they were behind and my order was next to ship. It’s been one month and still no response to about 4 emails, no sign of my order.

AVOID

ABSOLUTE CRIMINALS!! Will not respond to emails / calls asking for damaged furniture to be returned & refunded! Took over 4 months to deliver furniture!! In that time I requested refunds! Now I'm STILL requesting refunds 2 weeks after furniture has been delivered! Wish I had never bothered with them! SHOCKING! Sent photos of damage as requested BUT they STILL want to source part rather than refund! Call centre just says it's 2nd party problem. You can't call second party yourself just home essentials call centre. Emails NEVER get responded too. I would not reccomed them to my worst enemie!

Very happy customer

I was a little bit weary after reading the reviews on here but I had an excellent experience. Ordered a beautiful ladder shelf that wasn't available anywhere else. Ordering process was simple & delivered exactly when indicated. Fantastic service will definitely be ordering again!

Same deal as the rest

Same deal as the rest. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing from them. Its only 13.00 but to me its the principle. They just took my money and split. Never sent product, won't return emails, they don't answer the phone. They just steal your money. Don't throw your money away..

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! Don't believe the other reviews that tell you that they received their order, it's probably the company themselves doing the review!!!! I ordered an air fryer on July 20, 2020, and here we are in November and I have yet to receive it. I have sent an email twice to this company asking about the whereabouts of my order, and they all have told me is that it is on it's way. BS!!!!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! If I could give this company a zero i would. I ordered a walking cane w/LED light for my 90 year old Grandmother on August 20, 2020. I received a confirmation of my order then a few days later I received an email stating because of covid there would be a delay. Here is October 29, 2020 & I have yet to receive the walking cane. I've emailed the company several times, at 1st my emails went through now I'm getting a "no address" return.

Just received my order. I was nervous after reading these reviews, but product was what I expected and came quickly. I will probably order again. People need to stop giving negative comments. Be realistic.You get what you pay for.

I ordered a ring light for my wife…

I ordered a ring light for my wife 6/14/20 they took the 54 dollars and I never got the product. It is now oct. 28rh and nothing, not even a confirmation number , nothing. It's a scam,and am about to press theft charges as soon as I figure out how.DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!

Too bad there's no choice for ZERO stars. my story echoes all of the other ones here: ordered something online from home essentials; the $ came out of my credit card the next day, but no delivery, no contact, no response to my many emails. I will now tell anyone NEVER to fall for this. How are they still in business?!

Made an order and never received it

Made an order and never received it! Rang serial times and got told each time that it was coming the following day but never did! On the final call I lost my temper and then told me the items had been returned to them and I will get getting a refund. Still not hear anything, will be chasing it up and if not taking it further. DONT ORDER FROM HERE! SCAM

Never received product and e mails…

Never received product and e mails bounce back and left messages with their Google internet phone and no return calls. This company is a scam. If your e mail does not work and you do not return calls, a scam. I brought for my disabled son, not right, it was his social security.

I really do not want to get them a star. They are a rip off I believe is a scam. I ordered a pool in August. Got confirmation. I am nothing no pool no refund. I tried reaching out to them. And still nothing. I want my money back and don’t know how to go about getting it. If any of you do please let me know because this is a scam.. Do not I repeat do not order anything from them. Inorder a 49$ massage Gun in June

Inorder a 49$ massage Gun in June, they accepted payment, indicated that it was going to be shipped and I never received the product. Tried to call the company, it’s a google subscriber internet phone. I never had a return call or correspondence through email following weekly inquiries. This is not a company. If you look up the address, it appears to be a section 8 housing apartment. I would like to take legal action so others are not scammed by this fake company. Any recommendations?
