This is the first time we have used Homefair Blinds. From the 1st moment we spoke to the lady at Gorton Market. We knew we had made the right decision, everyone we dealt with was so helpful. The chap who came to measure up explained everything in detail. When they arrived for the fitting , it was the same chap who measured them up.He was very professional in everything he did, if we need blinds on another occasion we will definitely get in touch with Homefair.

We initially went into store, we were given a date for the blinds to be measured, we picked the slats we wanted. The next day Ahmad came did the measuring and gave us a date for fitting which was the following week.
Ahmad came back on the stated date, he fitted the blinds perfectly.
He was friendly, professional and approachable. We were that impressed we got him to measure the bedroom windows and ordered new for those too.

This is the 2nd time I’ve gotten new blinds from Homefair and they always do a great job! Fantastic quality

I have used Homefair Blinds for well over 10yrs now and have just replaced my perfect fit blinds in my lounge with more perfect fit,the staff in the shop have always been very helpful and the young man who fitted them was very good, I will carry on using them as and when needed.

From ordering the blinds with Sue to them being fitted, was a very professional experience from all parties involved.

Professional from start to finish, from the gentleman who measured my kitchen for a roller blind and then the bathroom for vertical blinds.
The fitter was very polite and cleaned up after himself, he showed me how the blinds worked and was a cheerful young man.

An extreamly professional installation and the blinds look fantastic, totally change the look of the two rooms. A quality product and service all round, now just need a quote to complete transformation on the upstairs windows.

We recently purchased blinds from this company, for a living room bay window. We were advised there would be gaps. The whole purpose of blinds is for privacy when closed, not with these the gaps are so wide that all the neighbourhood can see in. The fitters measurements were inaccurate, the fitters left the two side blinds running at an angle, so obvious they dont know the difference between level and slanted. We exchanged a few emails with one of the managers, requesting an inspection, but they were adamant its not their policy. They stated the blinds were fitted to british standards. But looking at these blinds, god help british industry. After a few emails, my daughter contacted another one of their managers by phone. She requested an inspection, but he was very arrogant and rude and raised his voice a few times. In my mind a sign of guilt.Their after sales customer service is non existant, and all they want is to fit blinds no matter what state,and take your money. we will never ever use this company again.
