Excellent service from start to finish all staff very polite,& Friendly excellent customer service the fitter was very polite efficient cleared all the wrapping away made sure everything was left clean and tidy i would highly recommend Home fair blinds 100%

The initial enquiry and booking with Seaham Branch was helpful and supportive. The Salesman was also very good - straight forward, supportive and honest with pricing and best match of blinds. However the fitting appointment was a different matter - hence lower rating. We were due a fitting 1/6/26. Only one SMS to say be ready for fitting. No time span or update after initial SMS. We had to ring in the end on day of fitting to ask what time to expect the fitter to be told the fitter was off sick and they were trying to find an alternative fitter. They said we should have been contacted but we were not. Very disappointed in this part of the process.

Good service but when blinds were fitted noticed some pulled and loose threads on Roman blind and marks on Venetian blind but this was after fitter left and I looked more closely at the fitted blinds

A neighbour of mine had Venetian blinds fitted which looked so nice I asked where they bought them from. I contacted your Cramlington branch. Straight forward transaction from start to finish. I thought the price was on the higher end but to be fair the quality looks good and the front of my house looks a lot better!

I had the Venetian blinds from this company , the fitter was lovely and polite and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend looking forwards to getting the rest of the house done.

Really happy with my blinds ..really friendly helpfull staff both visits...fitting was very quick and communication on the day was perfect was given a timeslot at 8am so i could work my day around this ..quality of my blinds is beautiful 😊 love the perfect fit on my french doors looks fab in my kitchen
