Full of false promises

I ordered a valentine card well in advance of the required date, it didn’t arrive in time and thus far has still not arrived despite several assurances from the company that it will arrive. The tracking system has not worked. Despite several requests for a refund as clearly it’s of no use now that Valentine’s Day has passed this company has constantly fobbed me off with false promises. No doubt once it arrives I will be expected to return it via some expensive service suggesting that it would not be worthwhile me taking that option. I wish not be dealing with this company again and I suggest that you don’t either. The promises were false and could well have ruined the moment on a special occasion. Now I have the problem of trying to get a refund.
Don’t use these conmen.

Valentines card ordered 1 month prior…

Valentines card ordered 1 month prior to valentines day, they apologised twice for delays and then found it weird I wanted to cancel it when I found it will be delivered after the date. Don't recommend if any form of urgency and as for quality will let you know if/when it turns up.

Chinese company, not UK based, misleading

Received what I ordered 1 month after ordering and because I reminded them. Ordered something on December 6th. Apparently they waited until Dec 16th to ship it. Wrote them an email on Boxing day, miraculously when I contacted them, I then received a shipping update email that the item had been sent. This company makes you believe they’re in the UK with UK prices etc. But they’re in China and super slow, super misleading

WARNING, DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

WARNING! DON'T USE THEM!Having checked that Homefaves had a UK address and the promise of delivery in 7-10 working days, i ordered 4 Christmas related gifts to send to my Grandchildren via the post. In short, my delivery took 21 days to arrive with little or no tracking and very little help from the "support team!"
I Asked to return the items for a refund and was told to send the package back to China at a cost of over £30 to myself! NEVER AGAIN!

SCAM Item never should up, they lied to klarna saying it did in a process i was never involved in this communication and i have never seen this evidence. Now i have to pay ...i have no item no refund...very bad communication at all times...dont waste your time, money or nerves...

Snow dome

The product I bought a SnowDome came incomplete and without instructions how it should be made. I was instructed by them to go to an internet sight I will not for the instructions. I was very disappointed with the product and also with the response I got from Homefaves.

2 of 3 rechargeable PIR LED lamps faulty

2 of 3 rechargeable PIR LED lamps I purchased were faulty and it took nearly a month of emails and sending of videos to convince them there was a problem. They made the whole experience very stressful. I won’t be buying anything from them again, nor any other Chinese company without a U.K. address.

Don’t use this company

Don’t use this company.
I ordered thirsty bee cups that looked very pretty with lovely colours for a friends Xmas gift. I brought 3 unfortunately.
Took a while to come and when it arrived it was plastic rubbish and not like the picture at all.
No porthole for return, this has to be requested by email. They do not reply.
They are based in China. Please don’t use them. I’m so angry.

**WARNING** RETURNS ARE TO CHINA AT YOUR MONUMENTAL EXPENSE!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, IT'S IN CHINA NOT THE UK !!! as web page and prices would suggest! I ordered a pink blanket that took a long time to arrive and I had to chase it. When it arrived the colour was nothing like the photo, it was much darker and looked like it had been washed with black clothing. It actually looks filthy. On applying to return it there is NO RETURNS portal on the website. You have to send emails to get that authorisation. I was horrified to see that you HAVE TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS TO CHINA and they insist it's tracked which is very expensive, god knows how you'd cope with that being a furniture item?! Presumably a CON to get you to keep the items for a discount! AVOID ordering unless you want to deal with CHINA and wasting your money. I'm now contacting trading standards as this page illegally fails to advise customers they are buying and returning to China, under UK consumer laws a website must make this clear. It mentions nothing on their site!
