We can't speak highly enough of Chan, Priya and Jigar at HFC. The team made our entire mortgage process as stress free as possible by offering exceptional customer service, clearly communicating requirements upfront to save time and showing due care to ensure that we were able to get the best possible deal that was also tailored to our individual needs both current and future, and also get our application approved with a quick turnaround, which allowed us to secure the house that we wanted.
We were updated throughout the entire process and they pretty much took most of the burden off our hands, but always kept us in the loop, which was greatly appreciated. We were always able to speak to someone when needed to answer any queries or raise any concerns. Any challenges were quickly resolved in a friendly and patient manner, and the team did a great job of working with all parties involved to keep everyone informed on progress and also on track. It pretty much felt like family looking out for us with our best interests in mind. We also arranged our home insurance cover through HFC (same positive experience as above) and I'm sure that we'll be utilising their professional services and expertise of mortgages and related financial products again in the future.
