I am 80 + years old !! This works for me!!!
I am 80 + years old and nervous walking outside. I bought the Q2 pro to enable me to walk exercise in any weather and in complete safety. This equipment is ideal for me and has performed exceptionally well!!! One complaint is that the manual is poor in quality and should provide much more information relating to visual display especially!! The packaging and delivery timing were both superb!!!

Everything was simple and straightforward (which came as something of a surprise). My only criticism is of the little handbook: There are so many obvious statements in it that there would seem to be little space left for any useful information on its use!

The product arrived faulty
The product arrived faulty. Didn't work at all. After several emails I was told it was a wiring fault and wanted me to unscrew the box and check wires, then advised if I didn't send a video of the fault I wouldn't be able to return. Then told if didn't have original packaging I couldn't return! Then I had to print a label out! Currently waiting for the order to be collected (due today, still waiting) goodness knows what's going on. All I want is a refund on a faulty product!

Do not buy online here if you want to carry 18 kg home yourself and lose more money on phone calls and travel.
The walking pad weighs 18 kg, and the delivery driver falsely claimed that I was not at home. They lied multiple times, saying my building was locked, then they could not find my home, that they would come back later, and that they would try again tomorrow.
Now I have to go to a distant pickup point and carry the heavy package home myself.
PostNord has a big reputation for falsely claiming that customers cannot be reached. I should have known.
