BEWARE CHEAP RUBBISH
Go somewhere else, this company is shocking.
A week after trying to get my money back and arrange a collection for the treadmill that stopped working within a few days, they have started to send me the same emails, word for word with the same spelling mistakes.
I went to my bank and got my money back in the end.
There is a reason the treadmills seem like a good deal, they are a load of rubbish and they lack customer service.
If you value your time and sanity have nothing to do with them.

Appalling customer service - can’t return items
Avoid. Not the sort of people you want to do business with. They may offer some cheap products but if anything goes wrong, there’s zero customer service. Have requested to return a large bulky item but they refuse to arrange collection (as required by law) citing their terms. Thoroughly unpleasant and patronising responses.

Treadmill started to break down
Treadmill started to break down. They told me they will not repair it, but will compensate for the issue. They went completely silent now, and no compensation has been issued. They said it would take a few days. It has been weeks.

Excellent foldable treadmill
Excellent foldable treadmill. Easy to use, love the automatic incline. So much better than I expected. Excellent service, quick delivery. Highly recommend this treadmill. I personally only want it for the incline, not for running. Really good incline level.
