Great customer service. Great little treadmill. Good price also

The rebounder I bought is great. It was easy to assemble, is very sturdy and looks great! I'm really enjoying it.

Arrived quickly heavy but easy to attach rail plug in and go so easy. The string to attach to yourself should you fall off has a quick stop but you have to reduce the length of it for adequate use other wise it just keeps moving. Overall great piece of equipment to help keep you moving anytime day and night

I’ve had two walking pads - one for a relative and also the vibration plate. Really good service, one of the walking pad’s electrical wire had come away - they replaced the walking pad and it came within a few days.

Would recommend - good value items that do the job.

Easy ordering. Item arrived in good time. Product better than the one we had previously, which we had done to death, but had served us well.

Happy with my treadmill, good size for my space

I’ve been working from home for years, spending long hours sitting at a desk, which started causing noticeable leg pain—likely due to poor circulation. I decided to switch to a standing desk and recently added a treadmill to my setup. It’s been less than a month, but I already feel a significant improvement.

I opted for a fixed incline treadmill because I didn’t have enough space for a larger or foldable model. So far, it’s been absolutely fine for my needs. When I want to sit, I simply store it upright, which works well in a small space. I also use my own yoga mat underneath to protect the carpet.

An unexpected benefit has been improved focus. I have underlying ADHD (undiagnosed), and the gentle movement while working has made it much easier to stay engaged and productive.

Overall, I’m really happy with this setup—it’s made a noticeable difference both physically and mentally.

Great walking/running pad. Good quality and fits into my office well. A little on the heavy side, but great for me as it now has its own place.

I purchased several items in the same order, all of which was delivered (though separately) was with me within a week. The ordering online was easy and I was kept in touch by email. I asked the support team for a copy invoice by email and even that was done within 24 hours. The equipment itself is great for a home/office gym and I'd recommend them to anyone doing the same.

Loving this portable treadmill . Just sufficient for my needs . Shame the instructions were in Italian ? Thankfully easy for a lady to assemble .

Firstly the delivery chap had a slight struggle unloading it from a high platform, on his own.
The outer packaging was pierced, approx. 50 mm circular.
It was extremely heavy, not for a single person lift.
Fixing together was not easy, the top left hand screw fixing is NOT fully secure, the threaded holes in the handle system does not line up correctly with the upright staunchion.
However, I am glad I purchased it, as it operates very well.
