Their products (windows, doors and guttering) totally transformed our bungalow. That was 10 years ago and it still looks great.
2 minor problems were fixed promptly with last one, well after the 10 year Warranty had expired, fixed immediately free of charge.

Had a new front door and surround fitted. From the beginning to the end of our work the company was exceptional. We were not pressurised into buying their product. The information we were given allowed us to make the right choice for our property. The date of fitting was arranged and met. The fitters were polite and very professional, taking care to ensure that all the rubbish from the old door was cleared and taken away. We had a minor issue with the door post fitting. This was dealt with on the same day I contacted the company. The price for the work was all inclusive. No extras once the price was settled. I would highly recommend Homeglaze. No problems, no issues, no stress.A thorough professional company from beginning to end.
Had a new front door and side panel fitted nearly ten years ago.last year spoke to Dean as weather seals under door had worn.engineer sent fitted seals and adjusted door no charge. This week same engineer sent by Dean as we had an unfortunate accident pushing side panel in.all work completed again no charge. Well done Homeglaze not many firms like you left.

We've just had an insulated roof put onto our conservatory. Wayne and Dave did an amazing job, as did the ancillary trades, (plasterers, brick layers and electrician.) I am a fussy git, yet I can't fault the workmanship, attention to detail and friendly nature of the team.
Very pleased with windows and doors which were installed in 2017. We had slight problem with one of the french doors which wasn't opening (probably due to 40 degree heat). I rang Homeglaze and the next day, (July 2022), Jimmy, their door adjuster/engineer arrived and sorted problem, looked at our other doors and made slight adjustments. The aftersales service is very good and I would thoroughly recommend this company both for the quality of the doors and windows and also the very good customer service.
The double glazing salesman came round, looked at our windows, and advised that we don't buy the double glazing. Amazingly honest!
