Disappointing Experience
Disappointing Experience. Pushy sales tactics, quick deposit collection and then no contact for months. Unable to contact anyone as they don’t have a call centre but rather an off site external company who don’t call back. I wouldn’t recommend this company, the bad reviews seem to be flagged and removed an only leave 5/5 which is very odd. They’ve had my money for 6 months and still nothing. Unfortunately I’ve seen 100’s of chats online saying the same thing

Extremely unprofessional
Extremely unprofessional, have paid half of the money so far to get windows and doors and 12 weeks later they don't pick up the phone to let me know when they will arrive to fit them on or anything. When I call to say to finish up any payments, they are quick on finding someone to call me back and get the payments. All I want is my windows to arrive, considering the amount of money I have paid for them so far.

Very scammy and unprofessional
Extremely poor customer service. No FENSA certificates sent post work. Threatening behavior and just lots of lies.
We recently had windows installed by Ecoreflect (in March). We had an extremely long discussion with their sales person and I wish we had waited to make the decision to buy.
All seemed normal but zero email confirmations of the contract etc. which I thought was odd in this day and time. They finally did send me an email after I asked multiple times. They came to install and hadn’t finished installing the windows yet but demanded full payment - we said we would pay remainder once they had finished the job the next day. The manager threatened to take out the windows they had just installed if we didn’t pay for the work right away. They finished the job the next day as we paid promptly right then.
We were told we would get the official FENSA certificates in the mail 2-3 weeks after. I have now called the office multiple times. Each time they take a message and say someone will get back to me and I have yet to receive any calls. The person who was in contact me about installation has blocked my number without responding to my question about when we will get the certificates. And I can see from the FENSA website that they have not registered our windows yet and it’s been nearly a month.
Don’t let them wear you down - I’m very concerned that the windows they installed are not what they have sold us and I’m going to be reporting them if I don’t get answers soon.
The men who installed the windows were helpful and conscientious - but anyone we have dealt with from the office side has been wholly unprofessional.
Also note this comp has only been active as a company with HMRC since 2025, so that “20 years in business” is a lie.

Additionally, the noise level has decreased dramatically. Living in a busy area, I often struggled with outside noise, but now my home feels like a peaceful retreat.
